Set an alarm for messages from one contact on Android

Steps

1. Open Alarms and tap +.
2. Choose the messaging app.
3. In From, type the sender's name exactly as it appears in the notification. You can also use Add Sender to pick one.
4. Choose a ringtone, turn on Ignore Do Not Disturb if you want it to ring at night, and tap Save.

Tips

• The name must match how the app shows it in notifications, so check an existing notification in History first.
• This works for apps that include the sender's name in the notification.
