Why aren't my notifications being dismissed?

Check these in order

1. Pro is active. Dismissing is a Pro feature. Settings shows Pro is active when it is.
2. The rule in Settings > Notifications > Dismiss Notifications isn't Keep notifications.
3. The app isn't in the Exclusion list.
4. If the rule is Dismiss only selected apps, the app is in the Inclusion list.
5. For rules that depend on alarms, an alarm really matches the notification.
6. Background activity is allowed, so Android doesn't stop the app.
