Why is an app missing from my history?

If an app doesn't appear in History, it may be blacklisted, not sending notifications, or you may have turned logging off for it.

Check these

The app is not in Settings > Blacklist.
History logging isn't set to Don't log or to log only matches.
The app really sent notifications after you gave Notification Tracker notification access.
Notifications for that app are allowed in Android settings (an app with notifications turned off sends none to track).
The app has no matching alarm that says Do not log.
