How to let blacklisted apps still trigger alarms

On: notifications from blacklisted apps are still checked against your alarms (they can notify you), but they aren't saved to History.
Off: blacklisted apps are fully ignored.

Blacklisted apps aren't logged, but they can still ring alarms. Choose whether Notification Tracker processes them in Settings > Alarms.
